Ok folks...You've seen them on Man vs. Food (Food Channel) well now it's time for the City Link Review!

First all, and this is not a bad thing, if you blink, you'll probably miss it, so make sure you pull into the center on the corner of Heacock & Alessandro, where Goodyear is. Keep the rent cheap always helps!

Sonora Grill is nicely decorated, its works! At my visit I took the liberty of having their famous Sonora Dog, as well as a carne asada taco, and one of their "original" Mexican cokes. The Sonora Dog was killer! The bread was AWESOME, truly loved the bread, for soft, smooth and buttery. I personally had it without the mayo, but up to you.

The Carne Asada taco was pretty good too...tortillas made the taco. The Mexican soda though, now that was the bomb that brought all this together!

Prices are pretty fair as well. Check out their menu online at www.sonoragrill.net for more goodies. They also have a "breakfast" Sonora Dog, which I did come back to try another day, very well made. Eggs, bacon, etc and that wonderful bread....mmmmmm! Your gonna love this place. AND, if you don't let us know why!

So, in closing....please shop Moreno Valley, help support our local businesses.

Sonora Grill  = 4 out of 5 LINKS!!
Good food, Fast service, and Good prices.

So, the other day we had the opportunity to visit Burger Boss in Riverside, yeah, not in Moreno Valley, but it looked pretty good, and hey, can't pass up a good burger now can we?

We will not bore you with the usual "yada, yada, yada" about the place and give it to you in a nut shell.

It's off the regular path, and is the only location in the strip mall where it is located. Look for Jason's Deli and you'll find it. Of course with the NEW Super WAL-MART going in next door, I'm sure Burger Boss' business is about to pick up!

The location is kind of small, but clean, and to the point. You order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. Self serve soda fountain is available for your drink selection. While you wait, ESPN is on the flat screen TV which hangs on the east facing wall for all to see.

Food - You get to make your own burger, as they talk about on their website. You pick the bread for your buns, wheat, white etc. Toppings such as tomato, lettuce, mustard, pickles, peppers, and your selection of cheeses are also a decision maker for you. Choose how well done, or not you would like your patty, and of course if you desire one or two pattys, or more if you are REALLY HUNGRY!

So what did we get? We ordered the double patty, medium well, lettuce, tomato, mustard, onions (raw), pepper jack cheese, and a side of home style fries.

The food came out fairly quickly, but then again the place was pretty busy and there was only three people working, so not bad. Burger was hot, and looked pretty darn good.  Tried the fries first....WOW, for a minute there we had a flash back of being at In-N-Out, which in our opinion was good! The fries are very much like In-N-Out's, which meant to us that they were fresh, awesome fries! On to the burger, this double patty bad boy was going down, and let's say, it did not disappoint. Ingredients were fresh, the burger was well cooked, and everything meshed very well. Damn good burger!

Overall with the fries and drink this was a meal we would return for, most definately!! So, the million dollar question, on a scale of 0-5 LINKS,
Burger Boss gets 4 links!!

The only reason we did not give it the final 5th link was due to price. The burger, fries and a drink with tax ran about $13.00 bucks all said and done. In this economy we could have purchased two double-double meals for that price.

We will say this though....great food! If you want to spend a little extra, and have a great burger, with fresh ingredients, Burger Boss is the place to go. Probably would not be my weekly bing-fix for a good burger with the prices, but for a once a month special treat, or if you make over $100,000 a year and money is not a stresser, this is your spot!

Burger Boss - 4 out of 5 LINKS!
Great Spot, Good Food, Great Taste.
A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
