Seems as though a "new" 4-story hotel is making its way through planning along with a senior care facility as well. Both projects are slatted to be constructed near the Costco/Winco stores.
The BAD News:
Party City - Rumored to be closing, as seen by their "going out of business" sale!
Richies Hamburgers on Cactus was overnight shut down!! Unknown what happened there, one day they were working fine, and the next day there was green fencing surrounding the building. Employess and customers alike were standing there looking stunned at what had happened.
As we all know, and you've been hearing it here, Best Buy formally announced that they are closing the ONLY MORENO VALLEY store they have up in Stoneridge. All we have to say is....WHO'S NEXT??
